Because I'm a bit bummed, my breaks ending, and holidays are a bit away. But not long. Only 1 week and a few days till Thankgiving. Whoot!

Step One

- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and random-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.

- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

Holiday Wish List

The Online Stuff:
1)Icons based on my interests.
2)A layout based on an interest, or just with a cool saying or quote.
3)A fanfiction. (I'm in the mood for HP as a Muggle, for some odd reason, but R/Hr and D/G always work, with an extra helping of jealousy and overprotectiveness)
4)Music, can be in the form of a CD, or sent through E-mail.
Not Online Stuff:
5)Earrings, any and all. I like big earrings- hoops, dangly eaarings, chandeleir-god I cant spell)
6)Cute tees- vintage, or with cute sayings.
7)The Sims, Myst or another cool computer game.

Hello there :). I am Beth and what follows is a basic description of me.

I am a basically normal teenager living in Jersey (the only state that doesn't need the New), and an only child which triggers my semiabnormal obsession with the internet. I basically get online anytime I can. Some basic things you need to know about me if you are thinking about friending me follow.

Firstly, I am very opionated. I am also what you might call liberal. Therefore I was not in favor of George Bush in the recent election, and I do support issues like abortion- pro-choice and gay rights. I am openminded and do not mind if you don't share my views on these issues but if you are very opposed to reading about these views, you are forewarned, although I do not discuss them much this is simply an everyday life/random rants and babbles journal.

Secondly, I am an avid reader. I am part of the huge Harry Potter fandom on the interent. For those who don't know what this is it's a lot of people who talk about and write stories about the Harry Potter books. If you don't like reading or Harry Potter, you're forewarned, but again these subjects do not fill up most of my LJ.

Thirdly, as I said above this is my everyday life journal. I simply rant and babble and freewrite about anything that comes to mind. My entries may not make sense, or may seem childish, hyper, or strange. Deal with it! This is me, I get hyper quite a lot in my journal and am just a bubbly person, when I get writing. I can also be insane, nerdy, and silly. That is just me!

Lastly, I love all my LJ friends, I really do. They are all wonderful people and I'd love to friend you, whoever yaou are and have you join their ranks. I do comment, I do not have time to comment as much as I'd like, but I do and I take an interest in my LJ friends. I will basically friend anyone, as long as you post something in journal. Rants, babbles, anything but only quizzes and one line posts because that's not at all wht LJ is for. And on to my random silly side here you are with my made up little quiz full of utter insanity.

Clothes: I go for comfy...my favorite pretty graphic Ts and sweatshirts, with jeans or comfy skirts. I also love boots. A lot.

Writing Implement: Lead Pencil..so simple.

Makeup: That wet lip gloss/stick stuff *luffs it*.
Purse: I have the cutest little purse from Aerpostale with a lion and a paw print. Yeah!
Color: I can't never answer this. Red or green probably.
